Fairly clean property with dedicated and amiable staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. New-fashioned rooms provided with a fireplace, a patio/balcony, as example.

Beds were very old.

The fantastic location of this place was perfect for me, my room had central heating, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities, and it was spotless.

The setting was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, just next door to Flagstaff, Arizona and a good restaurant. Located off the main road, it was easy to find...

The rooms are beautifully maintained with a patio/balcony and a fireplace, making it perfect for a cozy stay.

Comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean bathroom.

Although advertised no dsl internet available. Bad odor of air refreshener in room. Food and drink spills on the floor in reception. After 10pm nearest restaurant at 25 miles. At check in they were too eager to get our money. Traffic noise. Much better value for money can be found in Flagstaff E.G. HoJo.

I truly enjoyed reasonably large and modern room in this hotel.

Good choice of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. The hotel was in a favourable location right by Sedona and Flagstaff and the Canyon and good restaurant over the road and Munds Park.

The location next to bars and restaurants is fantastic. It's just a pleasant stroll away from the center, where I visited a few great spots.

Just a nice over night stay

Needs some serious cleaning. Other than that , ok for overnight.

Fireplace in the suite was handy for a cold evening. Very accessible from the I-17 highway.

The rooms were quite spacious and cozy with a nice balcony, and the staff were extremely friendly.

The Price.

The Bathtub was dirty, The room smelled like dust and the edges of the carpet were covered in fine dust. There were ciggarette butts all over the patio and the rocks beyond the patio. We had to ask for towel service it was not automatic. No wiFi.

It is located in driving distance to Grand Canyon and Sedona.

We asked for a non smoking room and we got one. But it was obvious, that someone smoked in the room couple hours before.This Hotel is on the freeway, so you can hear the traffic all the time.

The room was spotless and comfortable, even with the window open. the location was magnificent, just 8.2 miles from Sedona, with a great restaurant nearby. the staff consistently provided outstanding and accommodating service.

The room was very clean. I slept very well and plan on going back - maybe for Christmas went the snow is on the ground. The staff were very friendly and made use feel welcome.
